The membership agreement with the Income Train authorized each end-user, the Club and the direct sponsor permission to contact you via e-mail you regarding Income Train business, exclusively and will not be deemed as SPAM.  Sponsor are not authorized to  contact members via e-mail for any other purpose than to conduct business regarding The Income Train.  Additionally, Sponsors are not permitted to contact any member more than once a month.  In the event, electronic mailings regarding other programs or even any solicitations, please REPORT such SPAM immediately. The violator’s membership will be terminated because we adhere to a ZERO TOLERANCE SPAM policy.

TheIncomeTrain takes all steps and precautions to protect the identity and personal information of each member/ user. We will take every measure possible to protect both on and off-line information sent to us from either a visitor or a member.

Modifications and Updating Personal Information

Whenever, our members need to update their information, The Income Train has a private area designated for member to input changes.

Opt-out

All opt-in members may opt-out. Cancellations may be made by engaging the cancel button in the Members' Area.   Once a cancellation is made, a members information will be deleted from our system. (We do not send cancellation verifications).  Your up-line may continue to communicate with you; however you may request to be removed from their list. Remember to report any violations of such SPAM.

Site and Service Updates

Members are allowed to submit site and service announcements to other members; however the updated information will be limited to issues regarding membership accounts and other Income Train Club business.

Notifications of any modifications of this policy are subject to change without notice.

Anti-Spam Policy

Since the Income Train adheres to a strict NO SPAM policy, any member who sends SPAM will have their membership revoked and deemed ineligible for a new account.  Please note, that any type of SPAM send to promote the Income Train taints the image and credible reputation of the clubs and its members.  As a result, immediate action will be taken against anyone who violates the terms of this policy.

To Join The Income Train and purchase a Premier Membership, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.  I agree to purchase a "Premier Club" Subscription Membership in The Income Train for only $9.99.

The introduction of the first 30 days of our trial " Premier Club" membership offers a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, which is a part of this agreement.  Thereafter, I agree to pay a NON REFUNDABLE $9.99 per month, subscription fee for the "Premier Club" unless I cancel my membership prior to the 30-day trial period by clicking the "Cancel my account" button in the members area of the Income Train website or through the cancellation of my membership via my PayPal account. All members concur that the Income Train at its sole discretion, may modify any membership fee; however The Income Train will send a notification of change to each member. At which time, each member has the right to agree with the new price terms of the membership PayPal or such pay system as The Income Train may choose.

All member agrees that there are NOT ANY REFUNDS on any featured programs to which The Income Train may provide information. The Income Train cannot be held legally accountable for any independent and unassociated third party programs and products.

2.  All members have the right to cancel the "Premier Club" membership before the end of any 30-day anniversary of their membership. As a result, all membership fees or dues will be terminated  with the cancellation of a membership with the Income Train.

Member cancellations can be expedited by doing one of the following: 1) Go to the Members' Area in the Income Train website and press the cancel button.  All members agree that any cancellation of their Income Train membership is each individuals sole responsibility.

In the event that the Members' Area is inaccessible for any reason 2) memberships may be cancelled through your PayPal account.  In case, a member is unable to cancel their membership in the Member’s area of the site or via PayPal, the cancellation may be made by email it within 10 days of the end of any 30-day anniversary periods.

3.   All members must agree to join The Income Train and be an active "Premier Club " Member in order to utilize any links on  the income program. After signing up, members will receive an E-mail containing the information regarding their new Income Train web site.

4. Members understand and agree that The Income Train does NOT  pay commissions of any kind to anyone. Also, the Income Train is NOT an affiliate program of any kind.  The way to make money with the Income Train requires clicking and signing up for any featured income programs. No obligation is required with any third-party program).  For the most part, many of the featured programs are a few dollars per month and offer the potential of earnings as stipulated on such third-party Websites.

All members understands that the potential income of any product or program necessitates personal effort and that the maximum income detailed on such Websites is not always accomplished by anyone.  All members agrees and understand that they are not under any obligation to sign any other agreements and is not obligated to accept any offers or representations from any third-party featured programs or systems  that the Income Train provides a link on its Website.

5.  Members agrees that payment by a featured program is their sole responsibility to first sign up and join such a program, so their The Income Train customers will have the opportunity to sign up under them. Member agrees that during an Income Train suspension of any reason or for non-payment, all new The Income Train sign ups under the member in question ill be placed under their active up-line sponsors who has joined such a program without recourse.

6.  Prior to joining the Income Train, if a member has already joined one of the featured programs, it is not permissible to add such a User name or program ID code in the Members' area or use the Premier Club to promote.

7.   Member understands that The Income Train may at its sole discretion and without notice to the member, discontinue any featured programs or links that are featured program for any reason and may introduce new featured programs without notice at it sole discretion. Members understand and agree that The Income Train is not accountable for placement in unassociated third-party featured programs.
